We welcome you to the group registration system with coupons developed by the Organization, and we thank you in advance for your understanding.
This year, we will launch the first pioneering application for group registrations, featuring immediate ONLINE issuance through the tax office, along with the sending of the coupons and validated payment receipts for your team's participation in the races.
The same system can also be used by anyone who wishes to purchase entries in order to gift them.
The entire process is simple and replaces the familiar Excel sheets used for group registrations.
ATTENTION: Each coupon issued is for a specific race, meaning it cannot be used for any other race except the one it was purchased for.

What is a coupon?
A coupon is a code consisting of numbers and letters issued individually for each race, which we enter in the designated field on our registration form to allow the system to proceed and complete our registration.
Who is it for?
a) It is intended for those who want to purchase and gift one or more individual race entries, fulfilling a widespread request from your excellent feedback, to also cover this participation option.
b) It is intended for all group registrations, replacing the familiar Excel sheets. Despite clear instructions for proper completion by Team Leaders, these were rarely followed. This often resulted in incompatible data entries, practically nullifying the automation of transferring data from Excel sheets to the registration system without time-consuming delays.
How does the system work?
Individual Registration:
You purchase one or more entries "here" and corresponding coupons are issued per race, which you then give to the individuals you want to participate. During their registration, they will need to enter the coupon code in a specific field on the form to complete their registration.
After purchasing the coupon(s), you will receive an email with the available coupons for use per race, along with attached payment receipts issued through the tax authority.
Group Registrations:
The Team Leader registers first "here".
Then, you will need to purchase your coupons "here", and the coupons are issued, pending payment.
If payment is made by debit or credit card, the Team Leader is immediately notified via email with the coupons and receipts.
If payment is made via bank transfer, you must complete the payment within 2 days of purchasing the coupons and inform us "here" to receive the coupons via email, and later on, the invoice will be issued and sent to you.
How long will the coupons be valid?
The coupons will be valid for 10 days from their issuance, with the option to renew them once for an additional 5 days upon written request "here".
If prices have changed during your renewal request period, the difference must be paid from the original issuance date to the request date by clicking "here" and then informing us about the payment by clicking "here".
Note: The last day to use the coupons will be March 20, 2025 (end of registration).
What is the Cancellation Policy and the Transfer or Postponement Fee?
Registration fees or coupon issuance fees are non-refundable in any case.
However, if an athlete cannot participate in the race, they have the option to choose one of the following options: ... more "here".
