The collection of the participation package will take place in a hall at the Municipal Indoor Gymnasium of Palaio Faliro "Sofia Befon" (on Ioannou Avgeri Street, 200 meters past the battleship "Averof").
Nearest TRAM stops are Trocadero or Agia Skepi. (*)
Participation numbers are not sent by mail.
To collect the participation number, the participant must have and present the registration confirmation email, which identifies the participation number and block, as well as an ID card or driver's license or passport.
The participant can assign a third party to collect their personal participation number by providing the Secretariat with 2 photocopies:
a) a photocopy of the Organization's email that notified them of their participation number
b) a photocopy of the ID card, passport, or driver's license of the person who will collect the participation on their behalf.secretarial functions

The participation number and commemorative attire that have not been collected on the operating days of the Secretariat cannot be collected on another day or sent by mail.
Please note that on Sunday, April 27, 2025, the day of the 6 simultaneous races:
a) Participation packages will not be delivered
b) Early on the morning of Sunday, April 27, 2025, temporary traffic regulations will be implemented by the Traffic Police.
One week before the races, all relevant information regarding the traffic regulations that will be in effect on the day of the races will be posted on the Organization's website.

All the races will start from and will finish at Cultural and Sports Centre of the Municipality of Paleo Faliro (PO.A.KE.).

A) Time: 08:30 - Half Marathon 21.1 km and Quarter Marathon 10+ km.
Block 1 - Common start within the track of the Athletic Center and finishes inside it.
Block 2 - Common start within the track of the Athletic Center and finishes inside it.
Block 3 - Common start within the track of the Athletic Center and finishes inside it.
Block 4 - Common start within the track of the Athletic Center and finishes inside it.
Block 5 - Common start within the track of the Athletic Center and finishes inside it.
Block 6 - Common start within the track of the Athletic Center and finishes inside it.
B) Time: 11:00 - 5 km Road Race.
Block 1 - Start outside the Athletic Center, near the Battleship "Averof," and finishes inside the track of the Athletic Center.
Block 2 - Start outside the Athletic Center, near the Battleship "Averof," and finishes inside the track of the Athletic Center.
Block 3 - Start outside the Athletic Center, near the Battleship "Averof," and finishes inside the track of the Athletic Center.
Block 4 - Start outside the Athletic Center, near the Battleship "Averof," and finishes inside the track of the Athletic Center.
C) Time: 11:15 - Power Walking 5 km.
Block 1 - Start outside the Athletic Center, near the Battleship "Averof," immediately after the starts of the 5 km Road Race.
Block 2 - Start outside the Athletic Center, near the Battleship "Averof."
D) Time: 12:15 - Poseidon Athens Kids' 1 km Race.
Block 1 - Start outside the Athletic Center (near "Averof") and finishes inside the track of the Athletic Center.
Block 2 - Start outside the Athletic Center (near "Averof") and finishes inside the track of the Athletic Center.
E) Time: 12:15 - "ALMA" Association Charity Run 1 or 2 km (2 laps).
Start after the children's race outside the Athletic Center, near the Battleship "Averof," and finishes inside the track of the Athletic Center.
F) Entry to the starting or finishing area will not be permitted to runners who do not have their race number visible (for safety reasons).
Runners can leave their clothing and personal belongings in the area next to the tennis courts.
Each bag must have the participant’s bib number on it. The bags must not contain money, travel documents, medicines and valuables.
For your convenience there will be volunteers and signs that will lead you to that area.
AWARD CEREMONY A': Time: 10:15 - Half Marathon & 1/4 Marathon
AWARD CEREMONY B': Time: 12:15 – Novo Nordisk Run & Power Walking, Chiquita kids’ Run, Charity Run for ‘ALMA’ and all group

On the day of the event (April 27, 2025), temporary traffic regulations will be implemented by the Traffic Police starting from the morning, due to the race.
These regulations will affect a section of Poseidonos Avenue, from Agias Skepis, the TROCADERO tram station at Marina Flisvou to the intersection with Amfitheas Avenue in Alimos.
The opposite direction of traffic on Poseidonos Avenue, heading from Glyfada, Alimos, P. Faliro, Syngrou Avenue, or Piraeus, will remain fully open throughout the day.
Please check the week of the event "here" for detailed information on the regulations in effect on the day of the race, and plan your arrival and departure accordingly. (Note: The first publication will occur once the traffic regulations are posted on the "DIAVGEIA" website during the last week before the event.
For the safe and equal participation of athletes, we need the cooperation of all runners and their accompanying people. The same applies during your preparation and your stay right after the races.
Please use the right side of the road.
Some runners at some points of the route need to walk due to symptoms of fatigue, cramp, etc. In this case it is necessary to use the right side of the road, as for the other athletes who are still running it is difficult and tiring to constantly dodge you.
