The collection of the participation package will take place in a hall at the Municipal Indoor Gymnasium of Palaio Faliro "Sofia Befon" (on Ioannou Avgeri Street, 200 meters past the battleship "Averof").

Participation numbers are not sent by mail.
To collect the participation number, the participant must have and present the registration confirmation email, which identifies the participation number and block, as well as an ID card or driver's license or passport.
The participant can assign a third party to collect their personal participation number by providing the Secretariat with 2 photocopies:
a) a photocopy of the Organization's email that notified them of their participation number
b) a photocopy of the ID card, passport, or driver's license of the person who will collect the participation on their behalf.

The participation number and commemorative attire that have not been collected on the operating days of the Secretariat cannot be collected on another day or sent by mail.
Please note that on Sunday, April 26, 2026, the day of the 6 simultaneous races:
a) Participation packages will not be delivered
b) Early on the morning of Sunday, April 27, 2025, temporary traffic regulations will be implemented by the Traffic Police.
One week before the races, all relevant information regarding the traffic regulations that will be in effect on the day of the races will be posted on the Organization's website.
MANAGEMENT OF CLOTHING & PERSONAL EFFECTS
A) BAG DROP-OFF
On Sunday morning, runners who wish to leave a bag with clothing and personal items may do so in the designated room next to the Registration Desk at the "Sofia Befon" Municipal Indoor Gymnasium of Palaio Faliro.
Please make sure your bag is securely closed and that your race number is clearly visible and attached to it.
Do not include: money, travel documents, medication, valuables, or electronic devices. The organizer bears no responsibility for the loss of valuable items.
Drop-off deadline: Bags must be dropped off at least 30 minutes before the start of your race, so you can be in your starting block inside or outside the sports center's turn (depending on the race), 15 minutes before the gun.
The Half Marathon and the Quarter Marathon will start inside the track of the athletic center.
The 5 km Road Race & Power Walking, the Kids Race, and the Charity Race in support of the "ALMA" Association will start outside the track, near the battleship "Averof".
B) BAG PICK-UP
After crossing the finish line, you can collect your bag from the same location, simply by showing your race number.
Please note: Any unclaimed bags will be recycled one week after the race.
