1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the registration system for Team Leaders of Group Registrations (10 people or more).
After successfully submitting your application to register as a Team Leader, you will receive an email with your registration as the Team Leader and the process you need to follow to register the members of your team.
Please note that the previous well-known process of filling out Excel spreadsheets with the exact same fields for each member, as required in individual registrations, has been changed and replaced with the new Team Registration system by issuing coupons per event.
This change was made for two reasons:
a) Because it was a universal request from you, in the very positive feedback you gave us, to also cover the ability to purchase and donate entries to a race..
b) Despite clear instructions for the correct completion of Excel spreadsheets by Team Leaders, this was rarely done correctly. As a result, the data entry into the registration system was incompatible, practically nullifying the automation needed for correct and timely data transfer from the Excel sheets to the registration system.
The new process for group registrations is easy to use.
