We are thrilled to introduce Fotis Athanasiou, a musician who turns every stage and every street into a celebration of sound and rhythm. From the jazz clubs of New Orleans to the streets of Athens, his music blends hot jazz, blues, swing, Balkan, and Latin into a unique experience that energizes, inspires, and captivates runners and spectators alike, bringing the joy and pulse of live music everywhere.

Biography of Fotis Athanasiou:

Fotis Athanasiou was born in February 1982 in Athens. He is a singer-songwriter and multi-talented musician, performing on guitar, ukulele, trombone, and percussion. He began performing live in 1998, at the young age of 16, and since then his musical journey has spanned stages and festivals around the world.

His repertoire covers New Orleans hot jazz, Blues, Swing, Balkan, Latin, and more. He is a founding member of the large ensemble Agia Fanfara (Balkan brass band) and the Muchatrela Band (hot jazz, Balkan, swing), and has performed with numerous other bands, theatrical productions, musicals, and circus performances as both a musician and actor on stage.

To this day, he has delivered countless live performances at festivals, music venues, and concerts, while also performing as a street musician since 2009, bringing his music directly to audiences wherever they are.
