Την εβδομάδα του αγώνα θα ενσωματωθούν στο σύστημα, επιπλέον οι αριθμοί συμμετοχής σας και το μπλόκ εκκίνησης.
The participation package will be collected in the hall of the Municipal Closed Gymnasium of Paleo Faliro "Sophia Befon", (on Ioannou Fix Street, 200 meters after the battleship "Averoff"):
- on Friday 21 April 2023 from 12:00 to 20:00 and
- on Saturday 22 April 2023 from 12:00 to 20:00.
Attention: please note that on Sunday 23 April 2023, the day of the 5 simultaneous races:
a) No participation packages will be delivered
b) from the early morning of Sunday 23/04/2023, temporary traffic regulations will be implemented by the Traffic Police.
One week before the Games, all relevant information regarding the traffic regulations that will be in force on the day of the Games will be posted on the website of the Organization
All the races will start from and will finish at Cultural and Sports Centre of the Municipality of Paleo Faliro (PO.A.KE.).

Sunday 23 April 2023
Α) Time: 08:30 - Half Marathon 21,1 km, and Quarter Marathon 10+ km.
Block 1 - Common start inside the Sports Centre track and finishes inside.
Block 2 - Common start inside the Sports Centre track and finishes inside.
Block 3 - Common start through the Sports Centre track and finishes within the Sports Centre.
Block 4 - Common start inside the Sports Centre track and finishes inside.
B) Time: 11:00 - Novo Nordisk 5 km Road Race and Novo Nordisk 5 km Dynamic Walk.
Block 1 -Common start outside the Sports Centre, near the Battleship "Averoff" and finishes inside the Sports Centre track.
Block 2 - Common start outside the Sports Centre, near the Battleship "Averoff" and finishes inside the Sports Centre track.
Block 3 - Common start outside the Sports Centre, near the Battleship "Averoff" and finishes inside the Sports Centre track.
Block 4 - Common start outside the Sports Centre, near the Battleship "Averoff" and finishes inside the Sports Centre track.
C) Time: 12:00 - Chiquita Athens Kids’ Run 1 km & Charity Race for ‘ALMA’ 1 or 2 km.
Block 1 - - Chiquita Athens Kids’ Run starting outside the Sports Centre and finishing inside the Sports Centre track.
Block 2 – Charity Run for ‘ALMA’ starting outside the Sports Centre, near the Battleship "Averoff" and finishing inside the Sports Centre track.
D) Runners who do not have a bib number will not be allowed to enter the start or finish area (safety reasons)
Runners can leave their clothing and personal belongings in the area next to the tennis courts.
Each bag must have the participant’s bib number on it. The bags must not contain money, travel documents, medicines and valuables.
For your convenience there will be volunteers and signs that will lead you to that area.

If, however, on Sunday 23 April 2023, you choose to travel by car, then you can park in the large parking lot provided by the Organization at the Air Force Museum, right next to the closed TAE KVO DTO, from 07:00 - 14:00...
The distance from the parking lot to the starting area of the races is about 1,200 meters and expect to walk for 15-20 minutes.
Also, on the day of the games, parking spaces can be sought from Poseidon Avenue and towards the residential part of the Municipality of Paleo Faliro and not from Poseidon Avenue and towards the sea.
♦ Attention: on the day of the Races (23/04/2023) temporary traffic regulations will be implemented by the Traffic Police from the morning, due to the conduct of the race, on a section of Poseidonos Avenue from the TRAM TROKANTERO stop at Flisvos Marina to its junction with Amfithea Avenue in Alimos.
The detailed information of the temporary traffic regulations will be posted on the website of the Organization a few days before the race.
For the safe and equal participation of athletes, we need the cooperation of all runners and their accompanying people. The same applies during your preparation and your stay right after the races.
Please use the right side of the road.
Some runners at some points of the route need to walk due to symptoms of fatigue, cramp, etc. In this case it is necessary to use the right side of the road, as for the other athletes who are still running it is difficult and tiring to constantly dodge you.
