12th Poseidon Athens Half Marathon 2021 is postponed

The 12th International Poseidon Athens Half Marathon is postponed.

We run again stronger and safer on the beach on April 17, 2022

It is with great regret that the Organizing Committee announces the postponement of the 12th International Poseidon Athens Half Marathon, which was scheduled for Sunday, April 25, 2021.

The culmination of the coronavirus pandemic in Greece and around the world, as well as the health protocols set by the authorities, make the organization of any mass sports event prohibitive. Poseidon Athens Half Marathon and the parallel races gather every year in the Cultural and Sports Center of the Municipality of Paleon Faliron more than 10,000 people, so currently it is impossible to take place.

Due to this development, the organization of the races is postponed to a new date, April 17, 2022.

All entries that were submitted for 2020, will be automatically transferred to the next year and the 13th International Poseidon Athens Half Marathon.

Until then, the Organizing Committee is working to prepare a Special Edition of Poseidon, a virtual charity race in the coming weeks. More information will follow in a new announcement soon.
